I appreciate Dr Cohen’s conservative approach to patient care. I came in with a serious toe injury and thought toenail removal was likely. After Dr Cohen carefully examined the trauma, she recommended that further action would depend on any weeping of the wound, which thankfully was not evident. I left with my digit and toenail antiseptically bandaged and covered with a nice toe sock.
Note that this was an unplanned, quickly scheduled visit. The good doctor made time in her busy schedule to physically examine my injury. That’s a rare but much appreciated, “old fashioned” approach to patient care.
